What makes a sheet different
A die-cut sticker needs one cut line. A sheet needs three, and they have to stay in the right order — otherwise the sheet gets trimmed straight through the stickers on it.

Sizes
The size you sell is the finished, trimmed sheet. The editing page your customer sees is larger by the cut margin on every side — they never have to think about bleed.

What the editor refuses
Sheets fail in ways a flat preview will not show. Two stickers a hair apart tear into each other on the weed; a piece below the blade’s turning radius comes out as a smear. Both are caught on screen, while the customer is still moving things around.
Below a 2 mm gap the editor flags the pair. Below 1 mm the two cut lines are merged into one, because that is what the blade would do anyway.
A piece whose shorter side drops under 5 mm is flagged — it is below what a contour cut can hold on a sheet.
The safe area is drawn on the canvas the whole time, not shown once at checkout.
Pieces that overlap are treated as one sticker with one outline, which is the honest reading of what the cutter will do.
More than one sheet
One order is not capped at one sheet. The customer adds a page, fills it with a different set of designs, and repeats. Every page keeps the same spec, and the pages are tiled together onto the press sheet when the job is nested.

Your catalogue
Every sheet product carries its own cut margin, sheet margin, safe area, minimum gap and minimum piece size. Start from any Pressria preset, set your own size and margins, and the shape and cut type stay locked to the base — so a new sheet size is a row in your settings, not a release.
Set the name and CMYK build for the kiss cut line yourself — PerfCutContour, or whatever your RIP already expects.
